Ordering & Design

What's the difference between your Studio Collections and Bespoke Design?

Studio Collections are pre-designed suites that can be personalised with your wedding details, choice of fonts, colours and finishing touches. Bespoke Design is completely custom from start to finish. Every element is designed exclusively for your wedding, creating a truly one-of-a-kind stationery suite.

How do I place an order?

Simply choose your favourite collection, select your quantity and complete your purchase. Once your order has been received, you'll receive an Information Form to gather all of your wedding details before we begin designing your stationery, if you haven't already uploaded your information via the text boxes.

Can I order a sample?

Absolutely. Ordering a sample is the perfect way to experience the quality of our cardstock, printing and finishes before placing your full order. You can do this on our Sample Section in our shop.

Can I change the fonts and colours?

Yes. Our Studio Collections allow you to personalise the fonts, font colours and backgrounds to better reflect your wedding style.

Can I include a venue illustration?

Yes. Many of our collections can include a beautiful hand-painted/drawn style venue illustration to create an even more personal invitation suite. If you require a Venue Illustration on a Studio Collection that does not include one, please get in touch.

Can you match my wedding styling?

Absolutely. Whether you're planning a romantic English garden wedding, elegant black tie celebration, destination wedding or modern countryside venue, every bespoke suite is thoughtfully designed around your vision.

How many Bespoke weddings do you take on each year?

To ensure every couple receives a highly personalised experience, we only accept a limited number of bespoke wedding commissions each year. We recommend enquiring as early as possible.

Planning your Wedding Stationery

What information should I include on my wedding stationery?

The information you include will depend on the type of stationery you're ordering, but your invitation should always cover the essentials: your names, wedding date, ceremony venue, arrival time and any reception details if these differ. Many couples also choose to include additional information such as accommodation recommendations, travel advice, dress code, gifting preferences, menu choices or a QR code linking to their wedding website. Save the Dates only need your names, wedding date and location, while your formal invitations can provide more detailed information. If you're unsure what to include, don't worry—we'll guide you through every step and ensure nothing important is overlooked.

How many Save the Dates or Invitations should I order?

A common misconception is that you'll need one invitation per guest, but in most cases you'll only need one per household or couple. For example, a couple living together only requires one invitation, while a family living at the same address will also receive a single invitation. We recommend creating your guest list first and counting the number of households rather than individual guests. It's also a good idea to order a few extra copies for keepsakes, photography, last-minute additions or in case of any addressing mistakes. If you're unsure of the quantity you need, we're always happy to help you work it out before placing your order.

What RSVP style can I have?

It's up to you! QR codes can be added to many of our invitation designs, allowing guests to RSVP online or access your wedding website or if you would prefer your guests to return a physical RSVP by post, we can include a separate RSVP postcard or a perforated tear-away RSVP section where available.

Can you help with wording?

Absolutely. Whether you're unsure about invitation etiquette, wording, timelines or information to include, we're always happy to guide you.

Can I order matching on-the-day stationery later?

Yes. Many couples order their invitations first and return a few months later for their on-the-day stationery. All pieces can be designed to coordinate beautifully with your invitation suite.

Design, Printing & Delivery

Will I receive a proof before printing?

Yes. Every order includes a digital proof for approval before anything goes to print. Printing will only begin once you've confirmed you're completely happy with your design.

Can I make changes after receiving my proof?

Yes. Wording and layout amendments are included during the proofing process. Any significant design changes after approval may incur an additional charge.
